Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item is custom-made just for you, our return policy works a little differently than typical retail stores. Please read below for full details.

Custom, Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed and produced on demand, specifically for you, once you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse (wrong size chosen, changed your mind, no longer want the item)
• Color variations due to different monitor/screen settings
• Minor design placement differences that don't affect the overall design

We're unable to resell custom items, which is why these purchases are final sale.

When We Do Offer a Replacement or Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will happily provide a free replacement or full refund if:

• ✅ Your item arrived damaged or defective
• ✅ There's a printing error (wrong design, misprint, faded/cracked print not caused by wear)
• ✅ You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product type)
• ✅ Your item never arrived and tracking confirms it was lost in transit
